Installs and terminates network cabling, mounts network hardware, configures switches, and assists with low-voltage infrastructure builds. Must have experience with data racks, cable routing, testing/verification tools, and basic network troubleshooting.
Handles installation and programming of smart home and automation systems, including lighting controls, distributed audio/video, security integrations, and networked devices. Requires strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with connected technologies.
Installs and configures video conferencing systems, displays, microphones, speakers, and collaboration hardware in commercial environments. Must be able to integrate AV equipment with networking components and ensure reliable, high-quality conference performance.
